Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Guwahati. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets in the designated area. Additionally, the role involves building and maintaining relationships with key customers, conducting market research, and providing regular reports to the management team. The Area Sales Manager will also be tasked with monitoring competitor activities and identifying new business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience of 10/12 years in sales management, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze market trends
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Experience in the FMCG industry is a must.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
