Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Coordinator, based in Bengaluru. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the sales team by managing customer interactions, coordinating sales operations, and ensuring smooth communication between departments. The role includes responding to client inquiries, assisting with order processing, preparing sales reports, and maintaining customer databases. The candidate will work closely with various teams to ensure the efficient execution of sales processes and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations
- Strong Customer Service and Communication abilities
- Experience in Sales and a results-driven approach
- Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office tools is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in the interior products or retail sector is an advantage
