Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Coordination: Act as a point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and relationship management.

  • Project Handling: Oversee project execution, ensuring timely completion and meeting client expectations.

  • Sales Coordination: Assist the sales team in managing leads, preparing quotations, and tracking sales orders.

  • Project Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.

  • Quotation & Documentation: Prepare and manage quotations, invoices, and other sales-related documents.

  • Payment Follow-ups: Ensure timely follow-up with clients for payments and outstanding dues.

  • Material Requirement Coordination: Work with the purchase department to ensure timely procurement of required materials.

  • Interdepartmental Coordination: Collaborate with the purchase and operations teams to streamline processes and ensure smooth workflow.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 1.5 years in sales coordination, project handling, and client management.

  • Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.

  • Knowledge: Experience in quotation preparation, payment follow-ups, and material requirement planning.

  • Team Player: Ability to work closely with different departments to ensure project success.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
