Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage sales orders from receipt to execution, ensuring timely processing and coordination with vendors.
  • Coordinate dispatch planning, scheduling, and logistics to meet customer delivery requirements.
  • Utilize ERP systems to track sales orders, manage inventory levels, and analyze performance metrics.
  • Provide exceptional customer support through phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve queries and concerns.
  • Ensure accurate payment follow-ups and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions with customers.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-6 years of experience in Sales Coordination or related field.
  • Strong understanding of Order Management, Dispatch Planning, Customer Support, Payment Follow-up processes.
  • Proficiency in using ERP systems for managing sales orders and tracking inventory levels.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers via phone calls/emails/chats.
