At brandMongo, we're building something ambitious, and the
Founder's Office - Strategic Partnerships
is at the center of it. You'll work directly with the founder, shaping sales, building teams, managing clients, and even keeping the founder's calendar sane.
Think of it as your MBA in hustle, leadership, and building from scratch, + get paid well (and get a Goa vacation every year ).
What You'll Do
- Drive sales growth through client outreach, pitching, and relationship building.
- Build and scale teams across business functions.
- Own end-to-end client management: onboarding, delivery, delight.
- Manage the Founder's calendar, priorities, and special projects.
- Travel, present, and represent BrandMongo in meetings & events.
- Bring analytical thinking to sales data, performance tracking, and growth experiments.
What We're Looking For
- Strong sales & presentation skills (bonus if you've closed deals before).
- Sharp analytical & problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to juggle multiple roles, from pitching clients to booking flights.
- Comfort with travel, hustle, and high-pressure situations.
- Hunger to build from zero to one and grow into a leadership role.
