We are looking for a hands-on AI Workflow & Adoption Specialist to work with enterprise clients in mapping workflows, designing adoption roadmaps, and building AI agents and automation workflows using technologies like n8n. You will combine business analysis, AI knowledge, and workflow integration expertise to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions for enterprises.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with enterprise customers to map business workflows and identify automation opportunities.
  • Design adoption roadmaps for AI and agentic technologies to streamline processes.
  • Build and prototype AI agents and workflow automations using RPA and integration tools.
  • Conduct quick AI demos using SaaS tools like ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Perplexity, or Claude.
  • Document requirements, functional specifications, and ROI cases for client presentations.
  • Generate reports and analytics dashboards to measure impact and adoption using tools like Power BI or Tableau.

Ideal Profile

  • 2 to 5 years experience in enterprise AI adoption, workflow automation, or business process consulting.
  • Hands-on experience with AI SaaS tools (ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Perplexity, Claude).
  • Skilled in workflow automation and integration platforms like n8n, Zapier, Make, or RPA tools (UiPath).
  • Proficient in workflow mapping and process documentation using Lucidchart, Miro, Notion, or Confluence.
  • Experience building ROI cases, functional specs, and adoption strategies.
  • Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with technical teams to implement scalable AI solutions.
