Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Relationship Managers to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in building and maintaining client relationships, preferably within the hospitality or banking sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Understand customer needs and provide solutions that enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for clients, addressing queries and ensuring seamless service.
  • Achieve business growth by identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling services.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of client concerns.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on client interactions and feedback.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience as a Relationship Manager or in a client-facing role.
  • Prior experience in hospitality or banking relationship management is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
