What You'll Do:
- Lead and manage daily kitchen operations with creativity and precision.
- Design and execute menus across multi-cuisine concepts – from continental to Asian, Indian, and fusion.
- Pair dishes innovatively with bar offerings, creating a complete guest experience.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff, ensuring consistency and high-quality standards.
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and cost control.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 3–5 years of professional chef experience in a bar/kitchen in a reputed Hotel, Restaurant Chain or Pub.
- Strong knowledge of Indian & global cuisines and a flair for food presentation. Ability to balance creativity with operational efficiency.
- Leadership skills with a team-oriented mindset.
