**Job Title**: Cafeteria Chef
**Location**: Antalya Hotel, Laxman Jhula Vill. Post, Distt, Tapovan, Rishikesh, Uttarakhand.
**Department**: Kitchen
**Reporting To**: Executive Chef / F&B Manager

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare daily meals for staff or guests as per set menu.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
- Ensure food is cooked and served on time.
- Plan simple, nutritious, and cost-effective menus.
- Monitor stock and manage kitchen inventory.
- Guide and support kitchen helpers.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards (FSSAI, HACCP).
- Minimize food wastage and maintain records.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in cafeteria or bulk cooking.
- Knowledge of Indian meals, basic continental dishes and Tandoor.
- Ability to handle high-volume cooking.
- Basic kitchen management and inventory skills.
- Physically fit and able to work in shifts.
