**Preferred Skills and Qualifications**:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel front desk or guest services.
- Strong knowledge of **IDS ** for managing reservations.
- Excellent **English communication skills**, both written and verbal.
- Strong guest handling skills and attention to detail.
