Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Associate, located in Rishikesh. The Front Office Associate will be responsible for managing receptionist duties, handling check-in processes, and providing excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include addressing guest inquiries, managing phone calls with professionalism, and ensuring smooth communication to enhance guest experiences.

Qualifications

  • Strong Phone Etiquette and effective Communication skills
  • Proficiency in handling Receptionist Duties and Check-in processes
  • Exceptional Customer Service abilities to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
  • Prior experience in a front office or hospitality role is beneficial
