Butler

We are looking for an exceptionally polished and service-oriented Butler Executive to join our luxury hospitality team. The ideal candidate will deliver personalised, anticipatory, and discreet service to our guests, ensuring an unforgettable and comfortable stay experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalised butler service to VIP, suite, and long-stay guests.
• Handle guest arrival experience, including welcome rituals, in-room check-in, and orientation.
• Coordinate all guest requests for dining, housekeeping, transportation, spa, and special arrangements.
• Maintain guest history records and ensure preferences are updated and communicated.
• Assist with packing/unpacking, wardrobe management, and special room preparations.
• Work closely with Housekeeping, F&B, and Front Office for seamless guest service.
• Set up in-room dining, amenities, and special celebrations as per luxury standards.
• Ensure immaculate cleanliness and presentation of suites and butler pantry areas.
• Handle guest complaints efficiently and maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Support VIP movements, room inspections, and personalised experiences for high-profile guests.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience as Butler / Guest Relations / Front Office in a luxury hotel or resort.
• Excellent English communication, grooming, and etiquette.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a warm, polished service approach.
• Knowledge of luxury service standards, guest personalization, and butler protocols.
• Ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality, and manage high-pressure situations.
