IT Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Hotel Software Management**:

- Manage and troubleshoot **IDS software** (mandatory experience required).
- Support PMS (Property Management System) and POS (Point of Sale) operations.
- Coordinate with software vendors for updates, patches, and troubleshooting.
- **Network & System Administration**:

- Maintain LAN/WAN connectivity across the hotel premises.
- Manage and monitor internet access, bandwidth, and firewalls.
- Ensure uptime of all servers, printers, routers, and network devices.
- **Hardware & Software Support**:

- Provide day-to-day technical support to hotel staff for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Install, configure, and maintain software and operating systems.
- **Security & Surveillance**:

- Oversee **CCTV systems**, access control, and security monitoring solutions.
- Ensure proper data backup protocols and antivirus protection.
- Implement cybersecurity best practices and respond to any data breaches or security threats.
- **Communication Systems**:

- Ensure seamless communication between departments through IT tools.
- **Documentation & Compliance**:

- Maintain IT asset records and software licenses.
- Prepare periodic reports on IT performance and system health.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- Proven experience in a similar IT role, preferably in the **hospitality industry**.
- **Mandatory**: Hands-on experience with **IDS Software**.
- Proficiency with **PMS**, **POS**, Windows OS, networking (TCP/IP), routers, switches, and Wi-Fi systems.
- Experience with **CCTV installation and maintenance**.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Certifications in Networking, Microsoft, or Security will be an advantage.

**Work Schedule**:

- Full-time | 6 days a week | Shift-based availability as per operational requirements.
