What You'll Do:

  • Lead and manage daily kitchen operations with creativity and precision.
  • Design and execute menus across multi-cuisine concepts – from continental to Asian, Indian, and fusion.
  • Pair dishes innovatively with bar offerings, creating a complete guest experience.
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff, ensuring consistency and high-quality standards.
  • Maintain hygiene, safety, and cost control.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of professional chef experience in a bar/kitchen in a reputed Hotel, Restaurant Chain or Pub.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian & global cuisines and a flair for food presentation. Ability to balance creativity with operational efficiency.
  • Leadership skills with a team-oriented mindset.
  • Passion for experimenting and creating memorable dining experiences & manage large teams
