**Job Title: Chef de Partie - Indian Curry Section**

**Location**: Antalya, Rishikesh
**Department**: Kitchen
**Reports To**: Sous Chef / Executive Chef

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook a variety of authentic Indian curries, gravies, and sauces as per traditional recipes.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of all Indian curry dishes.
- Assist in menu planning and development, introducing new and innovative Indian curry dishes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Indian curry section in accordance with HACCP and hotel standards.
- Monitor food stock levels, place orders, and minimize waste while optimizing inventory.
- Train and guide junior kitchen staff on Indian curry preparations and techniques.
- Work collaboratively with other kitchen sections to ensure seamless operations.
- Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations as per hotel policies.
- Ensure timely and efficient service, meeting guests' expectations and special requests.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a **CDP specializing in Indian Curry** in a luxury hotel or fine-dining restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of Indian spices, herbs, and traditional cooking techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining high standards.
- Culinary certification or relevant professional training is preferred.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Experience working in an international hospitality setting is a plus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
