Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Sous Chef, located in Rishikesh. The Executive Sous Chef will assist in overseeing daily kitchen operations, managing kitchen staff, ensuring quality control of all dishes, and maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene. The role also involves menu planning, inventory management, and collaborating with other departments to create exceptional dining experiences for guests.

Qualifications

  • Culinary skills including cooking, plating, and presentation
  • Experience in kitchen management, staff supervision, and training
  • Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices
  • Menu planning, recipe development, and inventory management
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Experience in luxury hotels or fine dining establishments is a plus
  • Professional culinary degree or relevant certification
