**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare, cook, and present Continental dishes with a focus on Mexican and Italian cuisines.
- Assist the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations.
- Ensure food quality and consistency by following recipes, portion control, and presentation guidelines.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety in the kitchen.
- Manage and organize your section, ensuring it operates smoothly during service.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management for your section.
- Support in menu planning and developing innovative dishes for Mexican and Italian cuisines.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff in your section.
- Follow all health and safety regulations in compliance with food safety standards.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Commis Chef or DCDP in a Continental kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of Mexican and Italian cuisines, including traditional recipes and modern techniques.
- Culinary degree or diploma from a recognized institute is preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen safety standards.
- Strong team player with good communication skills.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
