**Key Responsibilities (as per level)**:
**CDP (Chef de Partie)**:
- Manage the Continental kitchen section independently.
- Prepare and plate dishes as per recipes and presentation standards.
- Supervise junior staff and ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Maintain food quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with the Sous Chef and ensure timely preparation.
**DCDP (Demi Chef de Partie)**:
- Assist CDP in preparation and cooking.
- Take charge of assigned section in absence of CDP.
- Ensure mise-en-place is ready before service.
- Follow recipes and maintain consistency in taste and presentation.
**Commis 1 & Commis 2**:
- Assist chefs in food preparation and basic cooking.
- Maintain cleanliness in workstations and equipment.
- Learn and follow kitchen procedures and hygiene standards.
- Perform daily prep and support in plating under supervision.
**Requirements**:
- Experience:
- CDP: Min 4-5 years in Continental kitchen
- DCDP: Min 2-3 years
- Commis 1: 1-2 years
- Commis 2: 6 months - 1 year or fresher with training
- Knowledge of salads, pasta, grills, sauces, appetizers, and plating.
- Understanding of kitchen hygiene, safety, and FIFO principles.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Pre-opening experience will be an added advantage.
