Job Title: Enterprise Sales ManagerLocation: BangaloreJob Overview: We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager with a strong background in handling large enterprise accounts, government accounts, and familiarity with the Audio -Visual (AV) industry. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the complexities involved in managing high -value relationships and driving sales growth within these sectors. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.Key Responsibilities:∙ Develop and manage a portfolio of large enterprise and government accounts, ensuring strong relationships at multiple levels within the client organization.∙ Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing their needs promptly and effectively.∙ Craft and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue goals within the enterprise and government sectors.∙ Identify new business opportunities, including upselling and cross -selling AV solutions, and expand the company's footprint within existing accounts.∙ Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape, emerging trends, and opportunities within the enterprise and government sectors.∙ Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and increase market share.∙ Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize profitability while maintaining long -term relationships.∙ Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product management, and technical support, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.∙ Mentor and guide junior sales team members, sharing best practices and fostering a collaborative environment.∙ Maintain accurate sales forecasts and provide regular updates to senior management on account status, pipeline development, and sales performance.∙ Utilize CRM tools to track all sales activities, customer interactions, and outcomes. Requirements∙ Minimum of 7 -10 years of experience in enterprise sales, with a focus on large enterprise and government accounts.∙ Proven track record in the Audio -Visual (AV) industry is highly preferred.∙ Demonstrated success in managing complex sales cycles and closing large deals.∙ Strong understanding of AV technologies and solutions.∙ Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.∙ Ability to build and maintain relationships with C -level executives and decision -makers.∙ Strategic thinker with the ability to drive sales growth in a competitive market.∙ Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.∙ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast -paced environment.
