Sales Calling Executive – Full-Time (US Shift)

We're looking for an experienced
Sales Calling Executive
to join our dynamic team in
Kolkata
. If you're ready to take on high-impact sales calls and drive business growth, this is the opportunity for you
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients in the US market to promote our products/services
- Be comfortable conducting
sales conversations over video calls - Effectively communicate value propositions and handle objections with confidence
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through consistent follow-up
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve call strategies and campaign success
Requirements:
- 1
year of experience in tele sales, telemarketing, or a similar voice process is preferred (especially in international calling), but not mandatory - Excellent spoken English
with clear pronunciation and strong interpersonal skills - Bold, confident, and persuasive
communication style - Ability to work in a
night shift (US hours)
from our Kolkata office - Strong work ethic and target-driven attitude
Preferred:
- Candidates
based in Kolkata or willing to relocate - Prior experience in
international sales or US outbound calling - Strong listening skills and the ability to think on your feet
