Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in the Greater Kolkata Area. Responsibilities include understanding customer needs, offering tailored Apple solutions, assisting in the purchase process, and ensuring excellent customer service. The Sales Executive will also manage product inquiries, provide hands-on demonstrations, and stay updated on Apple products and services to support customers in their decision-making. Collaboration with team members to meet sales targets and contribute to overall store success is an essential aspect of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse customers
- Ability to learn and demonstrate extensive knowledge of Apple products and solutions
- Experience in retail sales or a technology-focused role is preferred
- Proficiency in understanding customer requirements and delivering tailored solutions
- Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving team and individual sales targets
- Basic technical knowledge of Apple devices and related software is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience in sales or customer service
