About the Positions

The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with new customers,. The candidate must have the prior experience working for B2B Sales, Where he/she needs to connect with the small and medium enterprises, business owners/representatives and the financial decision makers. Knowledge of government scheme and grants is mandatory.

Position/Designation: Sales Executive

Experience: 2 to 3 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time (Immediate Joiner)

Location: [Kolkata, WB] - Work from Office (Initial few weeks - Work from home, Laptop/desktop mandatory)

Salary: 15K to 18K Per Month + Incentives

Qualification: 10+2 or Undergraduate

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Successfully create business from new customers
  • Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
  • Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
  • Working closely with Start-ups
  • Able to work in high demand environment

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years' of tele sales experience
  • Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
  • Demonstrable track record of over-achieving sales target
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of government scheme and grants is mandatory
