Job Title: Lead Generation & Cold Calling Executive Location: Chennai – Work From Office Experience: 1–3 years preferred About the Role You’ll be responsible for identifying potential clients, initiating conversations, qualifying prospects, and helping the sales team build a strong pipeline. If you enjoy talking to people, spotting opportunities, and opening doors for business, this role will fit you well. Key Responsibilities Research and identify potential leads across targeted industries Make outbound calls to prospects and introduce our services Qualify leads based on need, budget, and decision-making timelines Maintain and update CRM with daily call logs and lead status Follow up with warm leads and schedule meetings for the sales team Support email outreach, LinkedIn outreach, and basic proposal follow-ups Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets Requirements Strong communication skills and confidence on phone Understanding of B2B sales and outreach workflows Ability to handle objections and keep conversations engaging Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Google Workspace Consistent, disciplined, and target-driven mindset Nice to Have Experience working with tech, SaaS, or consulting businesses Prior experience in US, UK, or India B2B markets What You Get Fixed salary + performance incentives Clear career growth into SDR and Business Development roles A supportive team and training on tools, scripts, and outreach strategy Drop a mail at with your resume and a short note.
