Position Overview:

As a growing interior design start-up, we are looking for a smart, street-savvy, and proactive individual who can help us source and qualify leads for the business. This role involves both on-ground outreach and digital research to identify potential clients through builders, brokers, agencies, and other real estate networks.

You'll be the bridge between our marketing efforts and our design sales team—finding new opportunities, building relationships, and ensuring high-quality leads flow into our sales funnel. For the right candidate, this role offers immense learning and growth potential in business development, marketing, or sales operations.

BD & Lead Generation Specialist

Location:
Delhi-NCR (Mode of work: In Office/Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities

  • Qualify and route leads from digital campaigns to the design sales team.
  • Cold call or message prospects to identify interest and qualify potential leads.
  • Build and maintain relationships with builder staff, real estate agents, and channel partners to source leads.
  • Conduct outreach and field visits to identify new project opportunities.
  • Research and compile data on upcoming residential projects, homeowners, and property buyers.
  • Use creative "hacks" and networking skills to connect with relevant people in the real estate ecosystem.
  • Manage and update the lead database using CRM or spreadsheet tools.
  • Support marketing initiatives that enhance lead generation.
  • Assist the founding team & design/operations in day-to-day business operations, including research, coordination, follow-ups, and administrative support across functions.

What you must get to the table:

  • Graduate (any stream) with 0–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Tech-savvy—comfortable using Google Sheets, CRM tools, and research platforms.
  • Energetic, street-smart, and self-motivated personality.
  • Ability to think creatively and find unconventional ways to source leads.
  • Interest in interiors, design, or real estate is a plus.
