Requirements:

  • 1.5+ years of experience in B2B lead generation within the IT or software development domain.
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and other tools for targeted prospecting.
  • Experience in reaching out to CXOs and senior decision-makers in corporate organizations.
  • Experience with social selling strategies and digital outreach for lead nurturing.
  • Experience in analyzing IT trends and solutions to align offerings with market needs.
  • Experience managing and updating CRM databases with accurate lead and pipeline data.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate in a small, agile team.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients and industries within the domestic software and IT market.
  • Designing and executing outreach campaigns through LinkedIn, email, and calls.
  • Qualifying and maintaining a robust pipeline of leads in CRM systems.
  • Collaborating with sales teams to transition qualified leads and provide key insights.
  • Analyzing market and competitor data to refine lead generation strategies.
  • Tracking and reporting performance metrics, conversion rates, and activity outcomes.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships to drive consistent business growth.
