Requirements:
- 1.5+ years of experience in B2B lead generation within the IT or software development domain.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and other tools for targeted prospecting.
- Experience in reaching out to CXOs and senior decision-makers in corporate organizations.
- Experience with social selling strategies and digital outreach for lead nurturing.
- Experience in analyzing IT trends and solutions to align offerings with market needs.
- Experience managing and updating CRM databases with accurate lead and pipeline data.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate in a small, agile team.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential clients and industries within the domestic software and IT market.
- Designing and executing outreach campaigns through LinkedIn, email, and calls.
- Qualifying and maintaining a robust pipeline of leads in CRM systems.
- Collaborating with sales teams to transition qualified leads and provide key insights.
- Analyzing market and competitor data to refine lead generation strategies.
- Tracking and reporting performance metrics, conversion rates, and activity outcomes.
- Build and maintain professional relationships to drive consistent business growth.
