About the Role

Seabed2Crest is expanding into B2B apparel job work and garment production services.

We're looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) or Lead Generator who can identify and onboard clients such as fashion brands, export houses, retail chains, and uniform suppliers needing manufacturing or bulk production support.

The ideal candidate will understand the B2B garment industry, build strong business relationships, and drive consistent revenue through job work contracts.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and convert B2B clients for apparel manufacturing and job work.

Build and maintain a network of buyers, sourcing agents, and production managers.

Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.

Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and business presentations.

Maintain client relationships and ensure smooth project execution.

Track leads, conversions, and provide weekly reports to management.

Requirements

Experience in B2B Sales / Apparel / Textile / Job Work business.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to understand production processes and client needs.

Self-motivated and target-driven.

Familiarity with CRM or lead management tools is a plus.
