Arari Interiors is hiring a 
General Manager – Finance
 who will be
responsible for managing financial statements, overseeing accounting functions, and ensuring the implementation of effective internal controls. The role requires strong financial acumen to conduct financial analysis, provide strategic advice, and support the organization's planning and decision-making processes.

Location:
 New Delhi – Okhla Phase 1

Employment Type:
 Full-time, On-site

Reporting To:
 CFO

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and management of financial statements
  • Oversight of accounting operations and compliance with statutory requirements
  • Budgeting and financial reporting
  • Closure of books of accounts and balance sheet finalization
  • Maintaining effective internal controls
  • Ensuring adherence to all financial and regulatory compliances

Qualifications & Requirements:

  1. Chartered Accountant (CA) with 7–8 years of post-qualification experience in a Financial Controller or similar leadership role
  2. Additional industry certifications such as CPA or CFA are a plus
  3. Proven experience in financial operations management, MIS, statutory compliances, and reporting
  4. Strong expertise in maintaining books of accounts and closure as per statutory norms
  5. Excellent analytical skills and in-depth finance knowledge
  6. Proficiency in implementing and managing internal controls
  7. Strong communication and leadership capabilities – must be a self-motivated go-getter
  8. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  9. Hands-on experience with 
    SAP Business One
     and 
    Excel
