This role is located in Pune, at our plant at Sanaswadi Nagar Road The General Manager Finance and Accounts will be responsible for overseeing financial statements, managing accounting processes, ensuring the implementation of internal controls, and developing financial strategies. working capital management, fund raising, customer/ vendor financial descipline Day-to-day tasks will include analyzing financial data, preparing reports, ensuring regulatory compliance, and working closely with other departments to support financial decision-making and profitable growth of company.Qualifications- Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements - Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret financial data - Comprehensive knowledge of Finance and Accounting principles - Experience in implementing and maintaining Internal Controls - Excellent leadership and team management skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - masters degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CA or Cost Accounting is a plus - Experience in the manufacturing or hydraulics industry is a plus - Proficiency in financial software and tools - Strong grip on ERP and its utilisation, business process automation
