Job Title:Deputy General Manager – FinanceLocation:Nanakaramguda, Hyderabad Company:Ridhira Living Pvt Ltd Industry:Real Estate / Infra Experience Required:10–15 years (only from the real estate industry) Job Summary: We are seeking an experiencedDeputy General Manager (DGM) – Financewith a strong background in real estate finance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading financial operations, includingfundraising, taxation, budgeting, financial reporting, compliance, and accounting. The candidate must demonstrate a proven track record inraising capital for real estate projects, handling complex taxation matters, and maintaining strong internal controls and accounting standards. Key Responsibilities: Fundraising & Investor Relations: Lead efforts inraising fundsthrough banks, NBFCs, private equity, and other financial institutions. Prepare and present business plans, financial models, and pitch decks to potential investors and lenders. Manage due diligence processes for fundraising and project financing. Maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, and strategic investors. Accounting & Financial Reporting: Oversee all accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations. Ensure timely preparation ofmonthly, quarterly, and annual financial statementsin compliance with accounting standards. Ensure appropriate revenue recognition and project cost allocation. Implement strong internal controls and compliance frameworks. Taxation & Compliance: Ensuredirect and indirect tax compliance(GST, Income Tax, TDS, etc.). Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and statutory authorities. Oversee preparation and filing of tax returns and ensure compliance with regulatory timelines. Strategic & Operational Finance: Prepare and monitor budgets, cash flow forecasts, and variance analysis. Support strategic decision-making by providing financial insights and MIS reports. Implement financial strategies to maximize profitability and cost-efficiency. Coordinate with project, legal, and procurement teams for financial inputs and due diligence. Key Skills & Competencies: Proven experience infundraising and financial structuringfor real estate projects. In-depth knowledge ofreal estate accounting, taxation, and regulatory frameworks. Strong analytical, presentation, and negotiation skills. Expertise inERP systems (Tally, SAP, etc.)and advanced Excel. Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills. Qualifications: CA(mandatory) 10–15 years of relevant experience in real estate finance (mandatory)
