Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team at A One Advisory. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales over the phone, building strong customer relationships and helping expand our client base. If you are a persuasive communicator with a passion for sales and customer engagement, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to potential and existing customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels to promote our financial advisory services.
- Understand customer needs through effective questioning and close sales.
- Provide accurate information about our services and address customer inquiries.
- Maintain and update customer information in CRM software.
- Follow up on leads and coordinate with the field sales team for conversions.
- Consistently achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain proper logs of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
Required Candidate Profile
- 2–4 years of experience in Inside Sales / Telesales / Telecalling
- Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi (mandatory).
- Confident, target-driven, and comfortable handling customer calls.
- Experience in Finance / Banking / Insurance / Investment industries preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Excel, and call-tracking systems.
- Qualification: Graduate (Commerce / Business / Related field preferred).
