Designation: AGM- Inside Sales Job Type: Full-Time Job Location: Noida Job Summary:The AGM – Inside Sales will be a strategic leader responsible for driving revenue growth, managing a high-performing inside sales team, and enhancing the overall sales process. This role requires a deep understanding of sales operations, team management, and the ability to meet ambitious targets in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: 1.Sales Leadership and Strategy: - Develop and execute the inside sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue goals. - Align the sales strategy with the overall business objectives of Univo. 2. Team Management: - Lead, mentor, and manage minimum 100 inside sales team to foster a high-performance culture. - Recruit, train, and retain top sales talent to meet business requirements. 3. Revenue Generation: - Drive lead generation, conversion, and revenue growth across all assigned markets and verticals. - Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions when necessary. 4. Sales Operations Optimization: - Streamline and optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and productivity. - Ensure effective utilization of CRM tools and maintain accurate sales data and forecasts. 5. Data-Driven Decision Making: - Use data analytics to track performance, identify trends, and make informed decisions. - Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management. Requirements: - Experience: 6-10 years of experience in sales, with at least 4 years in a leadership role managing large inside sales teams. Experience in the ed tech is a plus. - Strong leadership and people management skills. - Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. - Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics. - Strategic mindset with a focus on execution and results.
