Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Intern located in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The Inside Sales Intern will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, generating leads, maintaining relationships with potential clients, and achieving customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include conducting sales outreach, responding to customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the team in meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation processes
  • Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships and facilitate customer engagement
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and in a dynamic work environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
