Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Intern located in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The Inside Sales Intern will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including lead generation, communicating with potential customers, maintaining customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires effective communication skills and a proactive approach to customer interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Ability to work on-site in the Greater Bengaluru Area
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly disposition
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Pursuing or holding a degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field is a plus
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is advantageous.
