We’re looking for a **Dynamic Inside Sales Executive** who can confidently approach top-level executives and convert interest into product demos.

**Position: Inside Sales Executive**

**Location**: On-site | Kolkata, India (Work from Office)

**Languages Required**: English & Hindi (Fluency is a must)

**Experience**:1-3 years | Industry: ERP / SaaS / B2B Sales**

**Key Job Responsibilities**:

- Proactively connect with **Directors, CXOs, and Senior key Decision-Makers** in the Real Estate and other industries
- Convince and consult with **top executives** on the benefits of Realx ERP
- Work closely with the Pre-Sales and Technical team to coordinate and schedule **product demonstrations**:

- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through platforms like LinkedIn and other sources
- Maintain an updated CRM with all **lead interactions** and pipeline status
- Maintain an active follow-up pipeline and engage leads until closure or conversion

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Excellent verbal and written communication & convincing skills in both English and Hindi**:

- Proven ability to **influence and engage high-level decision-makers**:

- Proven experience in **Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or Telesales (ERP or B2B software preferred)**:

- Ability to confidently **engage with top-level executives**:

- Knowledge of **LinkedIn lead generation, and inside sales tools**:

- **Must be based in Kolkata and ready to work from our office**
