About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented
Email & LinkedIn Sales Executive
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, managing email campaigns, and converting prospects through personalized communication across LinkedIn and email platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, create, and maintain comprehensive databases of potential clients through targeted market research.
- Reach out to potential clients via LinkedIn, email, and phone calls to generate new business opportunities through cold outbound lead generation.
- Write engaging, personalised messages and follow-ups to increase response and conversion rates.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with prospect and pipeline information.
- Research and segment prospect lists to ensure relevance and targeting accuracy.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and optimize campaigns.
- Track campaign performance and report key metrics such as open rates, reply rates, and conversions.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and nurture warm leads through consistent engagement.
- Plan and execute regular email marketing campaigns targeting high-potential audiences to drive lead generation and brand awareness.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or business development (LinkedIn & email-based preferred)
- 1- 3 years of experience in executing successful email marketing campaigns using platforms such as SendGrid, Mailchimp, or similar tools, with proven ability to track and analyze key performance metrics
- Exceptional written communication and persuasive writing skills.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and outreach tools.
- Ability to research target markets and identify decision-makers.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.
- Solid understanding of sales funnels and nurturing strategies.
Good to Have
- Knowledge of cold email best practices and deliverability optimization.
- Prior experience in international (UK/US) B2B markets.
