Sales Support Executive

Role PurposeTo provide end-to-end sales back-office support through coordination with sales teams, international customers, and internal stakeholders, while managing SAP order and sample processing, export documentation, and supporting data-driven decision-making.Key Result AreasCustomer CentricityShare planning, dispatch, shipment status, and shipping documents within 36 working hoursProactively inform customers of changes in planning, dispatch, or schedulesCoordinate material availability across plantsSupport special customer requests (returns, FOB shipments, etc.)Provide timely updates on sample planning and dispatchBuilding Capability – Order ProcessingManage order processing and order entry in SAPPrepare and share Proforma Invoices (PI) and customer-specific documentsEnsure accurate and timely execution of orders as per planBrand Building – Single Point of ContactAct as the single point of contact for internal and external stakeholdersCoordinate with CHA, shipping lines, agents, distributors, and C&F agentsLiaise with internal teams including Production Planning and International LogisticsSupport joint development initiatives with customersBuilding Capability – Back Office SupportShare production plans and stock status with Sales & MarketingSupport distribution channel managementFollow up on customer paymentsManage sample dispatch activitiesSummaryEducation: Bachelor’s degree (preferably B.Tech/BE); master’s in business administration/marketing preferred but not mandatoryExperience: 5–6 years of relevant experienceSkills: Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint, strong understanding of sales operations and customer service, basic export documentation and analytical skillsSystems & Tools: Prior experience in SAP SD module preferred; tech-savvy with exposure to relevant IT systemsCompetencies: Strong written and verbal communication, multitasking ability, accuracy, strong work ethic, and optional people/management skills
