This role is for Weekday's client.

The Senior B2B Marketing Manager will be responsible for identifying and gaining new business prospects, maximizing growth with existing client base, and achieving overall company objectives. 

This high-impact role will work across functions and interact with clients, vendors, and senior leaders. 

Your primary responsibilities will include: 

B2B Marketing Strategy: 

You will arrive at a thorough understanding of the B2B marketing goals. Then, build/enhance the B2B strategy and optimize performance across channels to maximize MQLs and SQLs. 

End-to-end Lead Lifecycle Management:

You will identify and use different platforms/channels for lead generation such as email, social media, mentorships, paid marketing, partners, etc. You will plan and execute marketing campaigns to attract new clients as well as reactivate lapsed clients. 

Account Based Marketing:

Create top account personas and subsequent plans for account-based marketing across the platform.

B2B Partnerships:

You will build strategic relationships and partner with key influencers and industry players.

Marketing Collaterals: 

You will ideate and create actionable marketing collaterals on a need basis.

Employer Zone:

You will regularly audit the employer zone (website) to ensure information is up to date and as per brand guidelines. Ensure engagement-first messaging in the employer zone.

Social Media:

You will maintain an active preference on social media platforms, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.

Paid Marketing:

You will plan, execute, and track paid marketing campaigns.

Industry and Competitive Analysis: You will drive industry and competitive analysis that helps internal teams to make informed decisions.

Requirements: 

● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred. 

● 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing or related fields. 

● Proven track record managing marketing pipeline generation, including managing campaigns from concept to ROI analysis. 

● B2B marketing automation experience. 

● Excellent communication skills - strong written and oral communication skills. Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zoho, SimpleCRM to nurture, track, and report on lead conversions. 

● Email, database, and digital marketing experience will be a plus.

 ● Able to work independently and as a team player. 

● Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Marketo. 

● Experience in inbound marketing
