Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for a Business Development / Marketing Manager - Exhibition at EpiCreation Events And Design Pvt. Ltd. We are looking for a
dynamic Business Development / Marketing Manager
to drive growth and client acquisition for our exhibition stall design & fabrication company. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sales, client relationship management, and marketing within the exhibitions and events industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential clients in the
exhibition and events industry
. - Build and maintain
long-term client relationships
to ensure repeat business and referrals. - Conduct
market research
to explore new business opportunities and target markets. - Plan and coordinate the company's participation in
exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events
to maximize brand visibility. - Develop
strategic sales plans
to achieve revenue targets and business growth. - Collaborate with the design & operations team to deliver
customized solutions
based on client requirements. - Monitor
industry trends and competitor activities
to maintain a competitive edge. - Prepare
sales presentations, proposals, and marketing collaterals
for client meetings. - Follow up with clients for feedback to ensure
customer satisfaction
and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience
in Business Development / Marketing, preferably in the exhibitions or events industry. - Strong
communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
. - Ability to develop
creative strategies
to increase sales and brand visibility. - Self-motivated with a
results-driven approach
and ability to work independently.
