Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented
HR Executive
with strong experience in
Onboarding and ATS management
. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end HR operations, ensure smooth employee onboarding, and support administrative tasks to maintain an efficient workplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboarding:
  • Handle end-to-end onboarding process including documentation, induction, and coordination with various teams.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • ATS (Applicant Tracking System) Management:
  • Manage recruitment workflow using ATS platforms.
  • Screen, schedule, and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate database and generate recruitment reports.
  • HR Operations:
  • Support payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management.
  • Assist in employee engagement initiatives and grievance handling.
  • Administration:
  • Oversee office administration activities including vendor coordination, asset management, and facility support.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR/Business Administration or related field.
  • 2 years of proven experience in HR Admin with onboarding and ATS handling.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance is an added advantage.
