Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources

  • Assist in recruitment & onboarding (posting jobs, scheduling interviews, joining formalities)
  • Support in payroll inputs (leave, attendance, overtime, deductions).
  • Handle employee engagement activities (events, feedback surveys, communication).
  • Assist with the performance appraisal process and maintain appraisal records.
  • Draft HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, resignation acceptance, etc.).

Administration

  • Manage office administration (supplies, facilities, vendor coordination).
  • Oversee attendance systems, ID cards, and access control.
  • Coordinate travel bookings, accommodation, and logistics for staff.
  • Handle health, safety, and welfare arrangements at the workplace.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of day-to-day office operations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR & Admin (freshers with internships may be considered).
  • Knowledge of HR policies, statutory compliance, and labour laws (advantage).
  • Strong organizational & multitasking skills.
  • Good communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / MS Excel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
