Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive to handle end-to-end recruitment and manage day-to-day HR and administrative operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job requirements.

Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

Support employee engagement activities and internal communication.

Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.

Assist in drafting HR policies, letters, and employee documentation.

Manage employee grievance handling and ensure a positive work culture.

Administration:

Oversee office administration, including procurement of supplies, vendor management, and facility upkeep.

Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.

Manage travel bookings, office maintenance, and logistics.

Maintain company assets and ensure proper record-keeping.

Coordinate with external service providers and ensure timely payments.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent.

Minimum 2 years of experience in HR and Administrative functions.

Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and HR operations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Good understanding of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Preferred Attributes:

Experience with HR software (HRMS/ATS).

Exposure to payroll processing and compliance.

Hands-on approach with a problem-solving attitude.

Compensation
: 3 to 4 LPA
