Position: HR & Admin Coordinator
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
(Local candidates preferred — International applicants welcome, especially from India willing to relocate)
Experience: Freshers or 6–12 months welcomed
Who Can Apply?
BE, B.Tech, M.Tech (Civil/Mechanical preferred)
BBA, BCA, B.Com, B.Sc, MBA — all streams welcome
Must have a LinkedIn account
Excellent English communication
Curious about AI-driven hiring, digital HR tools, and modern corporate systems
What You Will Do (and Learn)
• Support full-cycle HR operations: onboarding, documentation, visa files, employee records
• Assist in recruitment — scheduling, coordination, and communication with candidates
• Manage attendance systems, daily check-in/out follow-ups, and timesheet entries
• Coordinate with PRO for visa typing, quota, labor-related tasks
• Handle office admin tasks — LPOs, quotations, vendor follow-ups, filing
• Prepare daily/weekly reports and keep systems updated
• Work closely with managers, departments, and employees to ensure smooth operations
