Job Overview:

We are looking for experienced and dynamic Sales Executives to join our team. The role involves building strong relationships with consultants, architects, and clients, generating leads, converting enquiries into work orders, and driving business growth in the interior design and related sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit consultants, architects, and potential clients to generate leads.
  • Conduct site visits and present our deliverables effectively.
  • Convert enquiries into quotations and secure work orders.
  • Maintain strong follow-up with clients to ensure closure of sales and smooth execution of projects.
  • Track progress of ongoing work and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Penetrate new markets, expand client base, and achieve assigned sales targets.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum Higher Secondary (HS) qualification; Graduation preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2–3 years in interior design or related industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹60,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Field sales: 2 years (Required)

Willingness to travel:

  • 75% (Required)
