About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our growing team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, with specific expertise in networking solutions, including Cisco devices (routers, switches, firewalls, etc.). You will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and managing client relationships in the enterprise segment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the enterprise and corporate sector.
  • Promote and sell Cisco-based networking solutions including routers, switches, firewalls, and related technologies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, IT managers, and procurement heads in B2B clients.
  • Understand client requirements and provide customized network solutions aligned with their business needs.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to deliver compelling presentations, demos, and proposals.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools and provide regular sales forecasts and reports.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 7 to 10 years of proven sales experience in the B2B enterprise networking domain.
  • Strong knowledge of Cisco devices – routers, switches, firewalls, and related technologies.
  • Prior experience in dealing with enterprise IT infrastructure and system integrators.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
