Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to senior leadership. The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills to ensure the smooth functioning of the executive office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage executive's calendar, meetings, travel arrangements, and appointments.
  • Handle confidential correspondence, reports, and documentation.
  • Draft and prepare presentations, emails, and business reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive.
  • Track tasks, follow-ups, and ensure timely completion of action items.
  • Support in strategic projects, research, and data preparation.
  • Maintain proper filing systems, records, and databases.
  • Provide general administrative support and handle ad-hoc assignments.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 2–6 years of experience as an EA or in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong time management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500, ₹600,000.00 per year
