About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager – Domestic Staffing who can bring in direct client relationships with top Indian companies and drive business growth. The candidate should have a strong track record in domestic IT/Non-IT staffing sales, client acquisition, and managing long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, acquire, and engage with direct clients (Enterprise / Tier-1 clients) for staffing solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
  • Work closely with the recruitment/delivery team to ensure client requirements are fulfilled on time.
  • Develop business strategies to increase market presence and revenue.
  • Negotiate contracts, commercials, and agreements with clients.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue and closure targets.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to create new opportunities.

Requirements

  • 4–20 years of proven experience in Domestic Staffing Business Development.
  • Must have established client relationships with Tier-1 companies / corporates.
  • Strong understanding of IT & Non-IT hiring trends in India.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently with a target-driven approach.
  • Proven track record of client acquisition and revenue generation.
