Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagpur for a Regional Credit Manager. The Regional Credit Manager is responsible for overseeing credit management, assessing credit risk, and ensuring the financial health of the region's portfolio. This role involves monitoring loan disbursements, conducting credit analysis, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

  • Credit Management and Credit Risk Management skills
  • Analytical Skills and Finance knowledge
  • Experience in Credit operations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • Prior experience in microfinance or the financial services sector is a plus
