Job Title: Lead Generation Executive Department: B2B Sales Location: Mohali, Punjab, India (Work from office only ) Reports To: Sales Manager Shift: 8:30 PM IST to 6 AM IST. Summary: We are looking for a Lead Generation Executive to join our team and help us grow our US Healthcare business. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills, a US accent, and at least 2 years of experience as a Lead Generator, preferably in the US Healthcare industry. Responsibilities:
• Identify and generate new business leads of US Doctors, Clinics, and Hospitals through various channels, including cold calling, email, social media, and LinkedIn.
• Reach out to potential customers and offer them the services
• Identify and engage key decision-makers within healthcare organizations to create new business opportunities.
• Use persuasive communication skills to nurture leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Qualify leads and prioritize them for the sales team.
• Maintain and update a database of leads and track their progress through the sales funnel.
• Provide regular updates to the sales manager on the progress of lead generation activities.
• Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets. Qualifications:
• At least 2 years of experience as a B2B Lead Generator, preferably in the US Healthcare industry.
• Excellent English communication skills, including a US accent.
• Strong knowledge of the US Healthcare industry.
