Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an SEO Specialist. The SEO Specialist will be responsible for researching and implementing SEO strategies to optimize website ranking, increase traffic, and drive conversions. Day-to-day tasks include conducting keyword research, analyzing website performance, identifying optimization opportunities, managing on-page and off-page SEO efforts, and monitoring search engine algorithms. Responsibilities also include content planning for search relevance and working collaboratively with content and marketing teams to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience in SEO tools, such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs
  • Proficiency in on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and link-building strategies
  • Strong skills in keyword research, ranking analysis, and competitor assessment
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website optimization for search engines
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret SEO metrics and performance data
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to support cross-team initiatives
  • Familiarity with the financial sector or lead generation is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field is advantageous
  • Ability to adapt to dynamic digital landscapes and stay updated on SEO trends
