About the Role:

A Canada-based IT company is looking for a proactive and confident female Lead Generation Specialist to join our Chandigarh office. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying potential clients, initiating contact through cold calling, social media outreach, and online research, and helping expand our international client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and social media.
  • Maintain and update lead records in CRM systems.
  • Qualify leads based on company criteria and forward them to the sales team.
  • Use LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms to connect with prospects.
  • Meet and exceed daily and monthly lead generation targets.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of social media and business outreach.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven attitude.
  • Prior experience in cold calling or B2B sales is an asset (not mandatory).
